The following rules apply with respect to the GfK Online US Consumer Panel
Sweepstakes:

No purchase is necessary. Every individual who joins the panel will be entered into the sweepstakes
being conducted at that time. Thereafter, Panel members will be automatically
entered into successive sweepstakes each time they participate in a survey.

One sweepstakes with one or more drawings may be held each month for surveys
conducted under the panel. The sweepstakes will continue for so long as
GfK maintains the Panel, or until they are terminated by GfK at any time in its
sole discretion upon 30 days’ notice to all Panel members.

The sweepstakes are limited to members of the Panel who are US residents only
and who are actively participating in surveys; Employees of GfK and its
affiliates and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. No one
under the age of 13 may enter the sweepstakes. No one between the ages of 13
and 21 may enter the sweepstakes without the prior written permission of their
parent or legal guardian. GfK reserves the right (but shall not be obligated)
to independently verify such consent and may disqualify any entrant if it is
unable to obtain verification which is satisfactory to GfK, in its sole
discretion.

Panel members may enter as often as they like by participating in as many
surveys as they like, but may only participate in each survey once and
therefore may enter only one sweepstakes per survey.

Tampering with your survey response or responding more than once to the same
survey in order to receive multiple entries for any sweepstakes is prohibited
and may result in automatic disqualification.

GfK is not responsible for issues that are out of its control e.g., if our
server or ISP ceases to function.

The odds of winning the sweepstakes cannot be calculated because the odds
depend on the number of entries received and the size of the panel and the
number of members that participate in any given survey continually change.

Winning panelists will be awarded a cash prize, the amount dependent on the
sweepstakes offer. The exact amount will be stated in the offer.
Awards will be made through PayPal.

A cash substitute will not be available

Prizes that are not claimed will not be awarded.

Each winner’s name will be announced on the winners page of the panel website.

Winners will be notified via email.

The value of prizes may be taxable to the winners as income.

All prizes will be awarded, unless they are unclaimed by a winner or are
otherwise undeliverable.
