What is the Surveys.com Community?

The Surveys.com community is GfK’s online research community. It provides all panel members an opportunity to influence the products and services that manufacturers and government produce.

In return for your participation in our online community, you will be rewarded with cash incentives through PayPal.

Is the community membership free?

Absolutely, membership to the surveys.com community is FREE. We pay you to take surveys and share your opinions! You will never be asked to buy anything.

How often will I be invited to take a survey?

We usually contact you no more than 2-3 times per month. You are under no obligation to participate in any survey; however please note, if after several attempts you do not participate in any surveys, we may consider you an inactive member and inactivate your membership in the Surveys.com online community.

How often may I participate?

Surveys.com only conducts professional market research. Therefore our surveys are by invitation only and to ensure the highest standards of professional research you can take any given survey only once.

How do I know if you received my survey responses?

If you received a “Thank you” message after you completed the survey and clicked on the “Finish” button at the end, your survey responses were received.

What happens to my personal information?

Surveys.com is owned by GfK, a leading market research company and we collect millions of survey responses each year. Our reputation is built on your trust in us to guarantee your privacy. You can be assured that all the survey information you provide will remain anonymous and completely confidential at all times. What happens to the responses I give in surveys?

Surveys.com only collects survey data that will assist marketers and government agencies in their decision-making. We only collect information that we need to make surveys meaningful to our clients. We will never sell or release your personal data. The results of our surveys are reported in aggregate. No one else will ever see your individual answers. Surveys.com guarantees your privacy. How do I cancel my membership?

If you change your mind about participating in the Surveys.com community, you can opt out in a couple ways. When you receive an email invitation you can reply to it with the word "Remove" in the body of the message or reply or click the opt-out link at the bottom of the e-mail and you will no longer receive survey invitations and your membership in the Surveys.com community will be inactivated. You can also e-mail Carol Henderson carolhenderson@surveys.com with the word “Remove” in the subject and your membership in the Surveys.com community will be inactivated.

You can always reactivate your account at any time.

What do I do if I need help?

If you experience a technical problem, please e-mail Carol Henderson, at: carolhenderson@surveys.com. Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem. Please tell us what type of browser you are using (include the version number) and we will respond promptly to help determine the nature of the problem.
